Pleasant hotel with fabulously friendly staff at the reception desk for staff to checkin, everything was excellent. Our double room was top-class. The bed was comfortable, and there were a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV set too. The good and fab location was very close to Eagle Statue Fountain...

It was incredible, modern and with big bathroom. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator upon arrival. The location was excellent and amazing, few metres away from Pomeranian Library.

Overall it was quiet and incredible with big bathroom. Had a private safe, central heating and an iron.

My easter vacation was splendid, the hotel exceeded my expectations. the room was always immaculate and the staff were amicable, which made me feel welcomed. I especially liked the breakfast that was served daily, it was tasty and filling. the hotel's location was paramount, the public transport right outside the hotel was convenient and I could easily explore the area.

My only issue was with the wifi; I found it expensive to upgrade to a premium version that catered to video calls.

Our stay at Courtyard By Marriott was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, with many shopping and dining options within walking distance. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to relax and sleep well. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, and the reception staff, once we were able to speak with them, were kind and helpful.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, causing discomfort during the stay. Despite multiple complaints, the issue was not immediately resolved, resulting in a freezing first night and an uncomfortably hot second night.

The hotel's location was ideal for my Christmas trip. It was close to all the shops and bars, and we even stumbled upon a fascinating city walk with 42 points of interest. The helpful staff provided us with directions and a map. The room was very comfortable, and the food was great. the hotel had free parking, which was a bonus.

There were not many options for snacks or light meals. The hotel only offered a full dinner menu.
